Ø The Buttons Screen allows you to program the buttons on your phone. The image on the left is for a Grandstream phone. Snom phone programming is similar. Ø The top row, is for information only and cannot be changed. Ø Line mode is selected for a button, that button is used to make and receive calls. Two or Three buttons should be assigned for lines to allow for call waiting and conference calling. Ø Call Park is assigned to allow holding a call to be picked up on other extensions. You may program between 1 and 9 call parks. Each call park needs to be a separate identity. Ø A BLF (Busy Lamp Field) allows you to monitor another extensions status and quickly call that extension or transfer calls to it. Ø Speed dial can be used to call external numbers that you frequently need to call Ø Directory: A quick access to the directory menu.
