Yes — the monthly service rate is identical regardless of where you are in Ontario. There are no regional surcharges or urban premiums. The only difference is that Eastern Ontario customers can get on-site installation while other Ontario customers receive remote setup.
We ship your VoIP phones or ATA adapter pre-configured to your location. When it arrives you plug it in and it works. Our team walks you through everything by phone or video call, and our Canadian support team is available ongoing by phone and email.
Yes — we handle the full number porting process from your current provider at no extra charge. Whether your number is a 613, 416, 519, 705 or any other Ontario area code, it transfers seamlessly.
Yes — registered Canadian not-for-profit organizations anywhere in Ontario qualify for our flat rate of $9.95 per extension per month, plus 15% off all hardware and 50% off setup fees. Contact us with your organization name and registration number to apply.
